Sudz & Such is a two-person crew based in Buffalo. We only collect what we need to show up at the right driveway with the right detail booked. This page explains what that looks like in practice. It is maintained by Tony & Dylan and is not an independent certification.
What we collect
When you book a detail we ask for your name, email, phone, vehicle type, service address, preferred date and time window, and any notes you choose to share. That’s it.
We don’t run analytics profiles on you or sell any of this information.
How we use it
Your booking details are used to confirm your appointment, reach you the day of service, and find your driveway in Buffalo · Tonawanda · surrounding WNY.
We may follow up after the detail to make sure you’re happy and to share care tips — never to spam.
How it’s stored
Bookings are stored in our managed backend database. Access to the bookings table is locked down by row-level security: the public website can submit a new booking, but no one can read existing bookings through the public API.
Traffic to and from the site is served over HTTPS. Our hosting platform handles patching and infrastructure security on our behalf.
Who can see your booking
Only Tony and Dylan, through a password-protected manager view. We don’t share your contact information with third parties for marketing.
We may share information with a payment processor if you choose to pay online, or with law enforcement if required by law.
Retention & deletion
We keep booking records so we can service repeat customers and keep our own business records. If you’d like your information removed, email us and we’ll take care of it.
